| M.Sc. course in Multimedia Technology in the Computer Science Department of University Col-lege, Cork, Ireland |
| using a combination of both original and modified open-source components. The re-quirements analysis, design, |
| development and testing phases of the system are all described. Finally, ob-servations on its first year of operation |
| are presenting including suggestions for why the completed sys-tem fell out of use before the years end. |
