| This article presents a model of intelligent decision support using combined system that consists of two parts. The |
| first part is responsible for classification of incoming cases into appropriate decision group, the second one realizes |
| the inferring process in a deductive way. As an exemplary decisional situation we have considered situations when |
| an unemployed persons claim for benefits. |
