| Graduates of today are not only required to demonstrate academic competence and the ability to learn, they are |
| also required to demonstrate a range of employment skills that will enable them to make the transition from |
| university to work. This paper explores reflective learning as an approach to embedding the graduate quality of |
| collaborative working into an undergraduate business course. It explores a range of activities used and reports on |
| the results of the approach to date. |
