Reflective Learning

Ann Monday

University of South Australia, Australia

Graduates of today are not only required to demonstrate academic competence and the ability to learn, they are

also required to demonstrate a range of employment skills that will enable them to make the transition from

university to work. This paper explores reflective learning as an approach to embedding the graduate quality of

the results of the approach to date.
